Thanks for your kind recommendations. I have enjoyed our online therapy sessions and teaching you the many practical ways of applying mindfulness and mindfulness meditation for overcoming anxiety and depression. I am glad you benefitted so quickly, and this is not uncommon - most of my clients see significant improvements after as few as 3-4 sessions.
The reason why Mindfulness Therapy works so well is that it teaches you how to break free from habitual cycles of emotional reactivity. It teaches you how to stop being overcome by recurring patterns of negative thinking.
Mindfulness Therapy also teaches you how to change the internal psychological imagery that causes anxiety and depression. This is a very important part of Mindfulness Therapy - when you change this imagery you also directly change the emotion.

Online Mindfulness Therapy
Skype is encrypted and is much more secure than telephone or email, both of which have been used for psychotherapy for many decades. It may not be HIPPA compliant, which is why, of course I do not process Health Insurance. Psychotherapy is a broad term referring to the process of helping individuals overcome common emotional problems such as anxiety and depression and this is not restricted to medical or clinical treatment protocols.
