I had been stuck in another bout of intense generalized anxiety for several months when I found Peter. His website states that people experience significant results after 3-4 sessions. Well, after just 2 sessions I was 80% back to normal. I realize now that so much of my anxiety has been contraction against thoughts, feelings and sensations.   2. I would definitely recommend Peter. I found in him an openness I hadn't found in my last therapist. Something I really enjoyed was the flexibility he had throughout the sessions on how things were processing. I think that mindfulness-based therapy is a great way to work and heal emotions by changing your relationship to them. I work so much better with deep negative feelings like fear ever since. So thank you Peter to help people flow better through life with mindfulness.

People really like this approach and generally see results much faster than conventional "talk therapy" and this is because the focus is always on changing the underlying process of habitual reactive thinking that causes our anxiety and depression rather than just talking about our emotions and family history.

  3. After only a few sessions with Dr Strong, I learnt how to have another perspective on my anxiety and abandonment issues. I now feel that I can take a step back from what used to be overwhelming emotions and observe them rather than reacting to them. I feel I am on the right path to make my life more serene and cope with situations that used to seem impossible to handle. Thanks Peter for working with me to reach my goal !

  4. I have been searching for a therapist like Peter for years! I have been interested in meditation for years but I couldn't find the right coach. NOW I have! The first session that I had with Peter I felt immediately comfortable. You can tell right away that he cares and is extremely knowledgeable about people and how our minds work. Each week I look forward to the challenge of understanding myself a little better than the week before. The most important part for me is his sense of humor. I tend to take myself and life too seriously but, Peter lightens me up!

  5. I have been struggling with relationships all my life. I have tried so many methods to resolve inner conflicts, experience inner peace and clarity of mind - nothing worked. I got to the point where I wanted to quit everything and my mind was racing in a downward spiral. I lost hope that I could sustain in my life. My personal life was wrecked due to my troubled childhood hence, no emotional support from family. I chose to give it one last shot, despite the deep depression. loss of hope and long-term frustrations.
    I took online therapy because I really liked that we can talk to a therapist and be at our own place. I preferred to be in my comfort zone.
    Mindfulness has changes my life SO MUCH! I learnt that my mind sees HUGE images of words or people or events -- so big that it creates fear that is self-destructive. I learnt how to understand with clarity what the fear is and let my mind process it - with mindfulness techniques. Today I feel grounded, calm and spacious. I have the ability to cope with day to day stuff and some more challenging situations too. I have changed from reactive to responsive. All the challenges are still there, however, I am no longer at the losing end of my wits. My work life looked so frustrating earlier, now I go in a flow and things are getting done with much more ease.
    I am so grateful I took Dr Strong's Mindfulness therapy. Many Many Thanks, Peter!!!
