I am here to help you. I know how difficult it can be to deal with emotional trauma. I have a particular interest in helping people overcome PTSD and I think the online therapy approach has a lot to offer. Skype is encrypted and is much more secure than telephone or email, both of which have been used for psychotherapy for many decades. It may not be HIPPA compliant, which is why, of course I do not process Health Insurance. Psychotherapy is a broad term referring to the process of helping individuals overcome common emotional problems such as anxiety and depression and this is not restricted to medical or clinical treatment protocols.

We worked on anger issues and found the underlying sadness and hurt which is almost always at the core of anger.
